After a LONG day, I’m finally back in Tuscaloosa. A brief recap of the weekend: Nashville was fun, the Music City Bowl was a load of crap (Fucking Gophers and Big Ten officials), and if I never see another mile of I-57, it’ll be too soon.

The usual Monday feature will be coming later on today not because I forgot, but because I’m currently freakin’ exhausted from spending nearly 14 hours in transit from northern IL back to ‘Bama by way of Lexington.

But anyway… we all had a sexy time and I simply do not want work to start tomorrow or class to start on wednesday.

Stupid school and work.

Yep, I second the Music City Bowl comment. But are you sure they weren’t SEC refs? Those are the ones who make sure Alabama can’t win a close game. (Not to say it should have been close… that was about the sorriest excuse for post-season play I’ve ever witnessed).

Hmmm usually they pick the refs for a bowl game from a neutral conference… I wonder why not here

  3. Pete says:

Yeah… in looking back it appears that the MCB does take officials from other conferences though, for the life of me, I can’t find out where they came from this year from any official source.

Please. It had nothing to do with the refs. It was all the fault of that damn, unlucky pom pon…errr.. I mean “shaker”. We should have torched it the second I figured out that it was the reason bama was losing. I’m sure if we would have told the drunk dude in front of us that my “shaker” was unlucky, he would have found an interesting way to dispose of it.
