Yesterday’s interview went almost as well as it could have, but this is a post about today, so that job-search-related information will have to wait for another time.
I woke up late today, which something I’m really going to miss when I have a job. I looked around the house and realized that it was passably tidy for day-to-day living but not quite up to par for having house-guests this weekend and next. I also realized that I was basically out of two important essentials: food and beer.
So today I cleaned up, vacuumed, and went grocery shopping.
I also replaced the lamp in the TV, which was the only problem with it, so now I have a working television again.
I have also yet to eat a single thing today besides cupcakes. I can’t decide if that is bad or awesome.
This weekend is the Club Terminus ultimate tournament, and I’m not even close to the shape I need to be in, but we should have a lot of warm bodies out there so that’ll be good. Scout gets to go hang out at the fields with us all day, too, so he should like that.
Concerning the cupcakes: it’s awesome. Don’t you worry.
