I know that I’ve been neglecting my blog. It’s not even because I’ve been doing something super important. In fact, I really haven’t been doing much of anything. That’s okay, though. I’m over it.
I don’t really believe in New Year’s resolutions, so I’m going to go ahead and make one: For 2008, I resolve to make sure there is something new on the blog every day. (Be it further resolved that, at some point during 2008, I will probably break aforementioned resolution, and I will not care.)
Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way…
Classes start in a week or so, for the last time ever. It’s weird. I’ve been in school for so long (shut up) that I hardly know what I’m going to do with myself once it’s over. At some point between now and graduation, though, I hope to find someone to hire me. It’d be really cool if it were a lawyer-type-job and not a circus-type-job, but who am I to be picky?
I’ve gotten some grades back. I did better in Tax than I expected, but worse in Internet Law than I expected. Fortunately, tax was 4 credits and Internet was 2 — so, net, I came out ahead. I will say, though, that the Internet Law final was absurd. There were questions that really have no business being on any kind of test, let alone a law school test, but there were some legitimate things that I didn’t know as well as I should have, too… but if you’re considering taking Internet Law, be prepared for some silly questions on the final.
This post sucks. I think I forgot how to blog.
Okay, your turn: who, besides Amanda (who got to hang out with me), did something awesome for new year’s?

Nothing exactly “awesome” for new years. The Husband worked the 31 day shift and the 1st morning shift, so we couldn’t go partying till all hours. A great dinner at one of our local faves and home for champagne and ball dropping (don’t be gross!) were good enough for us.
I can’t believe you’ve got one semester left. It’s amazing that I knew you when. Lemme know if you need references, tips, etc. Happy to help. I may be a dopey weirdo on line, but I really am a serious and well respecting attorney IRL.
Happy New Year, Pete!

What makes you think that after ignoring the blogosphere for so long you deserve comments?
Go DAWGS!
