&lt;p&gt;In a nutshell, we need more legal and business folk to be involved, to balance out the designers and programmers. Our goal is to put at least 70 (and no more than 100) people in City Hall for the weekend of Feb. 8-10 with the purpose of creating a new startup company from scratch.&lt;/p&gt;
