For those who are saddened by drunk drivers hitting innocent people, this should be a welcome change:
MANCHESTER, N.H. — Police say two drunk drivers collided on a road in Manchester Saturday night.
According to authorities, 30-year-old Eric Irby of Manchester was driving up Wellington Road when he crossed the center line. The car struck a Buick driven by 54-year-old Scott Buchanan also of Manchester.
