This Post is a Waste of Your Time

This morning, for no good reason whatsoever, I woke up.

As though that were not bad enough, I woke up at 7:00am. For no good reason whatsoever. Now, on most weekdays prior to this one, I’d have had a pretty good reason… Starting today, though, it was inconvenient for my good reason to be online… this is just a verbose way of saying “WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME?”

Whatever it is — whatever caused my body to decide, at seven-fucking-a-m, that I had had enough sleep — I hope it dies in a fire.

Anyway… I had an “audition” with Kaplan today to teach or tutor little would-be-law-students about the LSAT. They offered me a spot. It occurred to me, only after “auditioning”, that I never really studied for the LSAT, so maybe teaching people how to study might not be the best idea… but what the hell do I know?

After that I went climbing with Julie. That was fun, I would not be exaggerating to tell you that my hands were three feet of vertical wall from packing their little hand-bags and moving out.

“Excuse me, fucker… would you like to explain to us, your HANDS, why you think it’s a good idea to rely on us to keep your skinny ass from falling off of this wall? If you do not knock it off, we are going to leave, and what would you do THEN? HUH!?”¹

But my point is: that’s why I am typing so slowly. I hope that hasn’t made it any harder to read this entry.
