Weird Day

Yesterday was such a weird day.

My first class on Fridays is at 10:55 but last Friday I went in at (just about) my normal time. Yesterday… not really. I woke up at the same time, but sat around here and revised my questions for my interview with Dave Malinsky for Fanblogs — it turned out really well and he had some great insights to the season. The interview should run Monday.

After I finished those up I headed into school to type up some notes that were due in Legal Writing today, but were never collected. That annoyed me. Pretty much immediately after class I did the interview and then went to lunch. When I came back it was about time for Torts (we have it early on Fridays). It was pretty boring today. We move so slowly.

Pretty normal so far.

After class, though, at about 3:30 CastleDweller, Lefty and I went to Kilroy’s (on Walnut) and had a few pitchers of beer. They continued on with their evening after that but I… went back to the library and studied for a while.

Later on that evening I skipped out on an Ultimate party to run. And I have to say that there are a hell of a lot more hills here in Bloomington than in Tuscaloosa… but it was really nice out so I managed six and a half miles before I got home at midnight.

What a weird ordering of things: drink, study, run. That’s pretty much backwards.

I’m still playing the direct deposit lottery a few times a day, where I log into my bank account and see if my financial aid has credited yet. Haven’t won yet. Hopefully that’ll happen soon.
