Getting it out of the way

Last night I got my laptop. I spent all. freaking. evening. Setting it up and, let’s be honest, just playing with it. So far, so good. Wireless at the house was giving me fits until I realized that there were at least two other full-strength networks on the same channel. Those fuckers were here after me and should’ve been a little more considerate. Anyway, we’re on a new channel now and things at home are just peachy.

I was surprised how easy it was to set up the wireless at school after all of the problems that people have had with it… maybe I’m just lucky.

But we all know that I’m going to be IMing and posting and commenting during class… so that’s what I’m doing now, just to get it out of the way.

Right now I’m in Contracts and we’re talking about… a contract.

How weird is that?

This morning before class I read a case for contracts about… wait for it… bastardry. Bas. tard. ry. Fathering an unborn child. An entire freaking case¹ about it. The case we’re currently on² is much less interesting than that.

Anyway… I just wanted to go ahead and get this whole “posting in class” thing out of the way.
