Last night was the … 4th? 5th? Weekly installment of “Pete Cooks Dinner”… Jerica (who now has an eljay) and Kim seemed to like it but I was not impressed with my little creation. It wasn’t bad but I set the bar pretty high last week so this was a bit of a let down. The recipe is worthy of further refinement, though, and may turn out to be simply amazing at some point down the road… who knows.
Today I was up and working at a reasonable hour before class… I have a voluminous to-do list. So voluminous, in fact, that I took the afternoon off from my job to do work. Who does that?
Also, in my daily email interchange with ETS the following conversation transpired:
Me: No, mainly just [the priest's] most devout followers.
ETS: THE NUNS?
Me: Nun other.
ETS: Wow. … I had no idea you had such a thing for penguins…
Me: I find them simply intuxicating.
ETS: THE NUNS?
Me: Nun other.
ETS: Wow. … I had no idea you had such a thing for penguins…
