Love Macromedia

While Compy really isn’t really all that close to being FINISHED, when the new HD arrives I’ll have some more work to do, I got a good portion of the software installed on the little mini hard drive for the time being. One of those pieces of software is Macromedia Homesite. I don’t use it as much as I used to (owing, mainly, to the fact that I like Dreamweaver’s quick uploading better) but I still like to have it around. When I went to install it last night, I found that I didn’t have the serial number for it any more. I bought it online so I figured I ought to be able to find it in my email or something. No such luck, so I submitted a support request and *poof* I had the serial number first thing this morning.

I love quick email support. I also love that I didn’t have to jump through a lot of hoops to use something that I’ve already paid for. Good job Macromedia — gotta love customer service. (They also have some pretty slick-looking stuff like Flex and Breeze… but that’s another story)
