I know… odd that I haven’t posted, isn’t it? What’s the deal with that?
Not sure. Just busy. Lots has been done — but there is yet more to do.
Yesterday I had dinner with Kelly. She’s just awesome. Just. Freakin’. Awesome. You can all admire and envy the sheer level of awesomeness which she has attained. Have I made my point? The two of us like to talk. A lot. We turned dinner at Crimson into a four hour affair. This is because we talk a lot. Also because she’s awesome.
Then, as if a long dinner with Kelly was not enough, I got a (pseudo) drunken phone call… presumably because I wasn’t notified of the text message that was sent and, hence, did not read it and, as it happens, did not reply. Anyway, I replied to the text message after the phone call and got several more. THEN, after I had retired for the evening, there was a drunken voice-mail left to fill me in on the results of what we had previously discussed. All this, followed by a call this morning apologizing for the drunken voice mail. The perpetrator of this amusing barrage of electronic communication shall remain nameless.
Tomorrow I have the honor of waking my happy ass up and heading to The Ham to help Matthew (Abby’s Fiance) move. I have to leave here by 7:30. Gosh I’m just tickled pink. I’m not complaining, really, since I’m more than happy to help, but most of you should know that mornings and I, well, we do not be getting along so well.
That’s all I have for now.

Umm, the word SHALL means must, has to, and compulsory. You can’t say SHALL and then not do it. If someone SHALL remain nameless, then the MUST remain nameless. There is no discretion (I learned this for my natural resources exam - if there is no discretion, then NEPA is not triggered).
I think we’re talking about a grey area here — I certainly didn’t name you. Just provided a link. You named yourself.
Oh yes you did. You can’t hid behind the link. My link has my name in it. You wouldn’t even have to click on the link to get my name.
And nowhere did I name myself. If I named myself by the comment I left then you named me with the link. Without the link my comment should not have implicitly indicated myself at all. If you didn’t name with the link, then you did with your comment.
But I’m willing to listen to the other side of the argument.

Well, I certainly did go too far with my comment, but I maintain that you were not named in the post.
After all, I liked “nameless” not “perpetrator” so who knows — it could be some weird inside joke. Maybe it is. I’m not telling who actually made the calls.
