Thursday, to celebrate my last day of class as an undergrad, I headed out to the bars. This eventually turned into a trip to a College Democrats keg party with some of the ultimate guys (damn hippies), and then we went back to the bars. We were chillin’ at Cheap Shots when I saw Michael stroll in. I asked him what the hell he was doing, he said he was drinking. This seemed like a good thing to be doing at a bar. He also said that he was headed to The Venue and that I should come. I headed that direction to see what else was going on. I had intended to come back to Cheap Shots, but that didn’t really happen.

Friday I finished my last Number Theory paper and after work headed out to see Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. I did not think it told the story very well… it (necessarily) left a lot of the story out. It was more of a “shout out” to the book than anything, but if you’ve read the book there are a lot of things to be amused by. After that we headed to Michael’s apartment and did some drinking and dart throwing. There was tequila involved, which is always a good time. Unfortunately, I didn’t get home until about 6:00. I had to be at the Rec to walk for March of Dimes at 8:00… so I got about an hour of sleep. I went, walked, and came back. Got back in bed around noon, slept until five, went and ate, then came back to work. I’ve been back for several hours. I’m sure I’ll get started on that “work” stuff soon.

Tomorrow there is more work to be done… and then… Stats Week.

During Stats Week, the plan is to work 2-3 hours a day (8:00 or 9:00 - 11:00) then eat an early lunch and head to the library… where I intend to work hard until dinner at 5:00 or 6:00. Then I’m going to come home and relax… work a little (but not much) and if I’m feeling industrious, maybe review some of the stuff I studied. This will be the schedule Monday - Thursday. Yes, that’s right, I’m putting 20+ hours of studying into this final. Why? Because if I don’t pass the final, I don’t graduate… and I’m not really willing to leave that to chance again. It’s going to suck, but this is the last thing I have to do in my undergraduate career, and it’ll be a fitting end considering I did this same thing fall of my freshman year for Calc II. I got a 96 on that exam. So… go me.

Note: If you see me on Instant Messenger after noon but before five any time next week (Before my final on Friday), you have my permission to reprimand me for not doing what I’m supposed to.

p>Friday I also got my computer accounts at Indiana… which means that I got my IU email address… which means, of course, that I now have a facebook profile there. And one at Alabama. This means that you can be my friend twice. Here they are: Alabama || Indiana. Go on, be my friend.

Also of note… did you think Napoleon Dynamite’s Liger was made up? Well… ligers exist. (Except that they’re called “Tigrons”)

I thought that both Tigrons and ligers existed… with the difference being whether the female in the crossing was the tiger or the lion?
