    Oh my God!!! What an outrage! This must be stopped immediately! That script K inside an octagon could EASILY be confused with the official Kiwanis family logo! Woodview Trace needs to get its lawyers on this ASAP! :)

    Hehe… we got threats from KI’s lawyers threatening that the letter “k” inscribed in a circle was a violation of their trademarks because it was confusing.

    It was bullshit, but we didn’t feel like putting up with the lawyers.

    If the K inscribed in a circle sends them into a tizzy them tell them to go after the Circle K gas stations and convenience stores.

    Have you ever searched for “Circle K” on Ebay? Not a k-family item among them, talk about confusing.
