It’s almost cliche to have dreams where you go to school/work/etc naked, right? You know, you’re just standing there (in your dream) minding your own business, only to look down and find that everyone else is minding your business as well. I had my doubts about this phenomenon and its perceived prevalence until last night, when I had my very first Naked Dream™ ever. (So far as I know)

So it seems as though several people that I knew were staying at a house that was mine in the dream, but I didn’t recognize it. Anyway, as two people were saying their goodbyes and leaving I walked down to where they were, only to find myself… well… sans-clothes. Don’t worry, though, I was smooth and just made my way to the bathroom, which was conveniently close, and took a shower.

That’s when I woke up. So… there you have it.

  1. Did you really need to share the dream?

Go figure you made it “smooth” you always do, like that time you thought you were dancing with your friend, but it was in fact some stranger.
    … King of Smooth, right?

  2. I’ve created a monster.

  3. I thought he was referring to the brazillian wax with the ’smooth’ remark… too much information.

  4. Oh, please, Pete. You’re making me blush. :D

  5. To change the subject: Ever have a falling dream? The one where you fall and as soon as you impact you wake up so it feels as if you fell into bed?

  6. Usually in my falling dreams I jerk and wake up right before I hit the ground. They’re unnerving.

  7. Ya know, if you were showering in your dream it means your sub-conscience feels “unclean” about something …. gawd only knows what you have been up to. ;)

  8. I have the falling dream and wind up on the floor far too often. Probably because I sleep on the couch a lot. It is totally freaky though.

  9. I hate those dreams. It feels like I was standing on my bed and just jumped onto it… It’s weird.
