In surfing around I came upon the website of Goshen, an independent band from Virginia and offering what was described as acoustic, “college” music… seemed interesting, and they have MP3’s, so I thought I’d give them a listen.
The verdict?
Well, they could use some mastering/production work to put out some higher-quality MP3s, and it’d be great if they posted the lyrics to the songs on their site, but I do quite enjoy the music itself. As of this writing, there are nine MP3’s up on the site, and while I would recommend downloading all of them, start with You’re Gone, Ode to I-85, and Beautiful Day.
Good stuff… really.
