Withdrawals

Ladies, Gentlemen, and other cretins I must tell you now that I’m suffering from a mild case of internet-withdrawal. Hopefully next week I’ll get the ‘net all set up at the house. Until then I have to post from work or while I’m on campus, which isn’t a huge deal since I’m here every day, but some of you have gotten accustomed to daily postings or a perpetual state of onlined-ness on AIM. Hopefully those days will return. Until then, well, too bad. Call the cell if you need me.

Class started Wednesday, doesn’t seem like it’ll be too rough of a semester in that regard, so that’s good. My Comp. Architecture prof has a severe dislike for cheating of all types and will not hesitate to go off on a long-winded rant about it, but he seems like a pretty cool guy anyway. Physics seems ok and my CS classes are, well, CS classes. Law School Apps are just around the corner, so I’ve been trying to secure letters of recommendation and such. What else?

Oh! Of course! The housing situation! Things in that department are going well. Originally it was supposed to be K, K’s boyfriend, and me occupying a pretty nice house a few miles off campus. Well, K and her BF had a slight falling out (read: they broke up) so now he’s hunting for a new place to live. In the mean time, they’re doing an effective job of avoiding each other. It’s not so bad, though. K seems like a cool girl (who has a great dog) and we’re getting along pretty well. In fact, I hung out with K & Friends Wednesday night (half-price Pizza and Wine night at Café Venice) and that was a good time.
