Good Luck getting together with a Comcast rep. I called on Wed. of this week and I couldn\’t get an appointment for almost two weeks!! And even when I got one someone stole it out from under my operator before he could confirm it.

Daniel: Did you try getting a self-install kit? Cable might not let you do that, but DSL usually does… maybe I\’ll talk to bellsouth instead.
