‘Twas the night before the LSAT
And all through the Apartment
Every last Pete was hurrying,
Perfecting his logic.

I hope you didn’t really think I was going to give you more than one stanza, did you? People, people, people… what ever will I do with you all?

Hopefully very bad things!

No, really, I’ve been studying a decent bit for a month, and I’ve really kicked in the past week or two. I’ve been doing practice questions, practice sections, and last night I took an entire practice test. The score wasn’t too shabby (163/180), but nothing to scream about. Luckily, my scores on sections have been getting better and better, so that’s bound to go up a bit.

Tonight, as a relief for the stress that I don’t yet have, I went rock climbing with a bunch of interns. We were there for four hours, and I’m a bit tired but it was a good diversion. I plan on doing one more practice section, one more practice test, and then going to bed. Tomorrow before the test I’ll take just ONE MORE practice test and then call it quits. If I don’t know it by then, I won’t. So if you’re the praying sort (or chanting sort… or any other kind of sort) I’ll be accepting donations of prayer, karma, and general good will between the hours of 12:30pm and 5:30pm.

In other fantastic news, my lovely sister graduated from High School on Friday night. She gave the opening address and did wonderfully. She’s off to Old Dominion in a few months — and then there were two &#091kids left at the Holiday household&#093.

ALSO, and certainly not the least exciting news, Abby got into UAB Medical School. She’s gonna be a doctor! (That way, when I do stupid things like rock climb for three hours, she can fix me)

So, to recap, you all need to be hopeful for me, and congratulatory for Kecia and Abby. Got it? Good!

Nice poem. You should have gone on, though, and shown everyone your literary side! :) I hope you did well on your tests by the way…
