I would like to give a WARM Cheerfully Cynical welcome to the friendly men and women from Bose McKinney & Evans the Indianapolis Law Firm that Kiwanis International has on retainer. Now, it’d certainly be making a big assumption to say that the folks from BM&E are here because Kiwanis sent them, but in looking over their clients list I can’t imagine another company that would’ve had them searching for me by name.
I’m sure you’re all proud and honored to know that our dues are going to pay for lawyers to surf my website. For those not aware: Lawyers are not cheap, and they don’t do much of anything for free. They didn’t spend a lot of time here, but they were here.
Isn’t it refreshing to see your KI Staff hard at work? And you wonder why the dues increase materials are utterly unconvincing — it’s my fault. I’m sorry. I’m obviously just far too much fun to mess with.
In a way, I’m kinda honored to see them worry so deeply about me. I must really have some pull. Go me.

It is funny how fast the KI Staff acts upon entities or people \”supposedly threatening\” their members. When it comes to \”Professional Staff Services\” they are slow, IE. website and I\’m probably sure other members can up with a list.
Congratulations Staff, you have out donw yourselves this time. When I did community service in the ghettos of Los Angeles or Long Beach, it wasn\’t Pete Holiday I was worried about.

Well we got our official \”Cease and desist\” order from them for UnofficialCKI. It turns out we must stop all operations by the 16th or they will \”Pursue\” other means. Man, Man, Man….this oughta be fun!

We got the cease and desist order the same day I posted on your website. A post has been made and we are in the process of getting the cease and desist order in it\’s entirety to be posted on the UCKI site. Anything and Everything International does from this point forward will be documented on the site.
