You have the fact that Jesse Jackson feels like he has to get himself into this particular spot-light because he’s not stirred up enough shit lately. Then there’s the annoyance factor that President Witt even gave this fool the time of day. Last, but certainly not least, what does Jackson know about football anyway?
Of course, you’ve got a situation with the inmates running the asylum when you start listening to Jackson, one of the most racist public figures in America, talking about equality.
I quite enjoyed this piece by Cypress Semiconductor’s CEO T.J. Rodgers where he basically called Jackson a lying sack of shit… and did so publicly. I found it via JesseJackson.org, which has a lot of other good dirt on the self-proclaimed “the conscience of the nation”

I really ahte when he does this. One suggestion has been that Bama hire a former player that is now a strength coach for the Bama basketball team as head coach. While I\’m sure the entire SEC (including me) would laugh for years if that happened, this is a ridiculous idea! What could possibly qualify an ASSISTANT S&C coach to be head football coach of an SEC football team? Jesse says he\’s a good choice because he\’s black. Genius
