Well, today I made the oh-so-enjoyable drive back from Tuscaloosa. It was long, as it usually is, and everything went basically as expected. I’m back at home now until early January when I will return to continue taking classes. Does this whole college thing ever end? I hope not.
I also got a great shot of the sunset as I was on the way home. Sadly, this picture doesn’t do it justice. More sadly, the time when this picture was taken was after it had gone from simply remarkable to “pretty cool”. At any rate, it’s here. I had to stop on the side of the road. I’m sure most people didn’t understand… but you only have so many shots to take pictures of sunsets, right? Might as well take them as they come.
In Circle K News…
I’ve gotten a ton of questions regarding my plans for the 2003-2004 administrative year. For some reason this is a hot topic. I’m not sure why. I’m also not sure quite what I should do, so I’ve created this fun poll so that YOU can help me decided. Never heard of [Circle K] before? That’s ok… vote anyway!
This was all Carrie’s idea and Amy helped with the options.

Which of these options includes graduating? Hehe, not that we want you GONE or anything. I\’m just messing. I\’m not going to vote, though, \’cause I have a better chance of getting what I want if I don\’t tell you what it is!! And BTW, I\’m glad that you made it home safely. *giggle* Now if you\’d just stay there…

The only chance you have of getting what you want is if it\’s also what I want. You should know that by now.
December 21st, 2002 at 11:56 pm
You don\’t seem to know what you want, Pete, so let me tell you…

Oh, and another thing, Peace Corps verges on the impractical. You know you\’re naturally much better suited to incite dissension. *grin*

Now Cathy, excepting meal time, when have I ever been at a loss for what I wanted? I don\’t think you know me quite as well as you think you do.
December 22nd, 2002 at 9:21 am
I find it surprising no one has voted for a tragic and violent death. Where are all the people that normally hate you?
December 22nd, 2002 at 10:42 am
They still hate me, I\’m sure. Maybe I\’ve been boring for too long and they lost interest in actively hating me.
December 22nd, 2002 at 12:22 pm
If meal time is any indication of your indecisiveness, you ought to just create an excel sheet to make a random selection for you. But you said, \”I\’m also not sure quite what I should do, so I\’ve created this fun poll so that YOU can help me decided.\” (No, I didn\’t quote you to point out the typo *giggle*.) If you know what you want, then is there a point to your little poll?
December 22nd, 2002 at 2:59 pm
What I want and what I should do may not be the same thing, Cathy. You of all people should know about that.

Since moving to Ohio to bear wittness to one of the greatest gubernatorial terms in history, I have to vote for you to be a governor with me! Now how kick ass would that be?! Ohhh… and I get to see you in like… 13 days!!! I\’m still thinking about whether or not you\’ve earned a dance. (c:

Well… we could certain cause some trouble as governors, couldn\’t we? Hehehe…

It seems I should know a lot more than I do. Can I go through Pete 101 again?
December 26th, 2002 at 12:35 pm
I say you should fly out to LA and become my slave. That would work, for the 03-04…sucka
December 26th, 2002 at 2:16 pm
Pete 101. Sounds like torture…
