I’ve not made any progress on the skinning of the site. Maybe tomorrow.
I have, however, managed to find what I think is a way to get my license back. A look at the Illinois Vehichle Code in Chapter 625 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes states (in Article II) that:
(a) The Secretary of State is authorized to suspend or revoke the driving privileges of any person without preliminary hearing upon a showing of the person’s records or other sufficient evidence that the person:

36. Is under the age of 21 years at the time of arrest and has been convicted of not less than 2 offenses against traffic regulations governing the movement of vehicles committed within any 24 month period. No revocation or suspension shall be entered more than 6 months after the date of last conviction;
Now, this seems WAY too easy, but I can’t find anything nullifying it on that site, am I missing something? That’d be nice, wouldn’t it? Well, I’ll be calling Dan Rutherford, my state representative and former [Key Club] District Secretary, who I’ve actually had the opportunity to job shadow, on Monday. If anything can be done, I’m sure he’ll do it. Keep your fingers crossed.
