It seems like only a few days ago I was cruising up I-57 between Effingham and Champaign, now I’m preparing for the reverse trip. What’s that? It WAS only a few days ago? Oh. That’s right. Nevertheless, it seems like such a short break, but it’s been restful. Tonight I’ll finish up The Fellowship of The Ring and pack. Tomorrow around 10:00am I’ll head south. Sunday I get to drive to Atlanta and see Hilary, who’ll be in town for the Final Four. Yay!

When I get back I have a few minor things on my “Pete’s website to-do list” and I hope that they’ll be short tasks. It’s nothing gravely important, but they’ll be useful, I think. Among other things, I think we’ll be starting up the weekly dis again… suggestions for topics are welcome.
Well, time to go do some reading and packing. Phone calls are welcome tomorrow, if you can manage to find my cell phone number.
